Refund & Cancellation Policy

Madaarelectricals aims to provide exceptional customer satisfaction, including a clear refund and cancellation policy.

Refund Policy:

Refunds may be requested within 7 days of service completion if the repair fails to resolve the stated issue. Refunds will not be provided for diagnostic fees, emergency repair services, or repairs that fail due to misuse or neglect after service. If a replacement part is faulty, it may be covered under our warranty policy instead of being refunded.

Cancellation Policy:

Appointments can be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without any fees. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a nominal charge to cover operational costs. Rescheduling is allowed at no extra cost, subject to technician availability.

This policy ensures fairness, allowing flexibility for customers while minimizing disruptions to our schedule.
